Cleveland City Hall remains open for business. We do require social distancing when doing business at City Hall. There are many ways to conduct business by phone, email, or online. Call staff at 706-865-2017 to find out how or use this site to navigate to the forms or information you need.

The Cleveland Police Department has moved to 342 Campbell Street (corner of Campbell and Hood Street). The facility will temporarily house the police department but is the future Oak Springs Community Center.

All city services are still active, although we are having to approach a few services a little differently.

With many ongoing changes and in an effort to prevent the potential spread of the novel strain of Corona virus, known as COVID-19, we ask that you handle, if practicable, any City-related issues online, through email, or over the phone.

For forms relating to occupational tax license, building permits, alcohol license, special events application, accident/incident reports, etc. – go to www.cityofclevelandga.org - select from the “Departments” menu.
