The City of Cleveland City Hall is temporarily not open to the public, March 17-April 6, 2020. Staff is available to assist by phone or by email.

At this time, all city services are still active, although we are having to approach a few services a little differently. 

With many ongoing changes and in an effort to prevent the potential spread of the novel strain of Corona virus, known as COVID-19, we ask that you handle any City-related issues online, through email, or over the phone.

There is a credit card convenience fee to pay a court issued fine or ticket online.

You may also mail in your fine along with your citation signed on the right hand side above Signature of Accused or the Waiver of Rights form located on the City website under Court Forms/Documents to:
