You may use the change of billing address on the front of your utility bill or you may contact the Utility Department at (706) 865-2017 during normal business hours 8:00am -5:00 pm Monday through Friday, to notify us of any changes. Please include a phone number that we can reach you during business hours.

General Information
Cleveland GA: Established in 1857 and incorporated as a town August 18, 1870, Cleveland is the county seat of White County. The old White County courthouse and Museum houses the White County Historical Society. The courthouse, built between 1859 and 1860, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
