How can I get a copy of a police report?

You can obtain a copy of an accident or incident report by visiting our police department at 85 South Main Street Cleveland, GA 30528; or mailing us a request.

The proper request form can found under the forms menu (please fill out the form to the best of your ability).

There is a $5.00 fee for all reports and this must be paid (methods accepted: cash, money order, cashier check, personal check, or credit/debit card, a credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard).

PLEASE ALLOW 72 HOURS FOR THE REPORT TO BE PROCESSED

The police department will not release copies of reports that are part of an open and pending investigation or any case involving a juvenile that may or may not have been referred to the Department of Juvenile Justice
