A: You may come by the Cleveland Municipal Court Clerk's Office, located at 85 South Main Street, Cleveland, GA 30528 and request an application or you may print a copy of the application from the forms list.
The application must be turned into the Court a minimum three (3) weeks prior to your court date along with all necessary paperwork and fees.

General Information
Cleveland GA: Established in 1857 and incorporated as a town August 18, 1870, Cleveland is the county seat of White County. The old White County courthouse and Museum houses the White County Historical Society. The courthouse, built between 1859 and 1860, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
