A: If you fail to pay your fine or appear in court, a bench warrant may be issued for your arrest and additional fees will be added to your fine.
Your failure to appear will be reported to the Department of Driver Services and you will be sent notification to the address on your driver's license. In addition, your driver's license may be suspended by the Georgia Department of Driver's Services.
If your license are suspended you will have to pay a separate reinstatement fee to the Georgia Department of Driver's Services in addition to the original fines and fees paid to the Cleveland Municipal Court. You do not have to receive the notification in order for your license to be suspended.
If the severity of your citation warrants, you can come to the Court Clerk's office and pay non-refundable fee, and reschedule for an appearance on a future docket.

Cleveland GA: Established in 1857 and incorporated as a town August 18, 1870, Cleveland is the county seat of White County. The old White County courthouse and Museum houses the White County Historical Society. The courthouse, built between 1859 and 1860, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
