A: Dispositions can only be disseminated to the Defendant or the Defendant's Attorney of Record.

You must bring a written request to Cleveland Municipal Court Clerk's Office, located at 85 South Main Street, Cleveland, GA 30528 along with a government issued ID wait a minimum of three (3) business days from date of request and either have the disposition mail to you or come back to the Cleveland Municipal Court Clerk's Office to pick up the paperwork.

If you wish for someone other than you to be able to pick up the paperwork for you, you must list their name on your written request and they must bring a government issued ID when they come to pick up the paperwork.

The first certified copy is free the second and subsequent is $5.00 each time you request the paperwork.

General Information

Cleveland GA: Established in 1857 and incorporated as a town August 18, 1870, Cleveland is the county seat of White County. The old White County courthouse and Museum houses the White County Historical Society. The courthouse, built between 1859 and 1860, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
