A: Go to the Georgia Crime Information Center at http://gbi.georgia.gov to get a copy of the expungement paperwork.
After retrieving the paperwork from the Georgia Crime Information Center website, complete Section One and mail or bring the expungement paperwork completed to the Cleveland Police Department along with a $25.00 fee to be paid to the Cleveland Police Department.
The paperwork will be completed and mailed back to you and then it is your responsibility to complete the remaining steps.

General Information
Cleveland GA: Established in 1857 and incorporated as a town August 18, 1870, Cleveland is the county seat of White County. The old White County courthouse and Museum houses the White County Historical Society. The courthouse, built between 1859 and 1860, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
