A: There are three methods by which you may pay your fine.

1. In person at the Cleveland Municipal Court Clerk's Office, located at 85 South Main Street, Cleveland, GA 30528 by money order, cashier check, personal check, or credit/debit card, a convenience charge will apply for using a credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard).

2. By Mail. Mail payment to 85 South Main Street, Cleveland, GA 30528 (Addressed to Cleveland Municipal Court). Acceptable methods of payment by mail are money order, cashier check, personal check

3. By using a credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard) by phone, a convenience charge will apply.

  • All payments must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on your day of Court or you must appear at your set court time.
  • Citations less than 72 hours old may not be accessible for payment.
  • Some citations cannot be prepaid and require you to appear in court on your assigned court date and time

General Information

Cleveland GA: Established in 1857 and incorporated as a town August 18, 1870, Cleveland is the county seat of White County. The old White County courthouse and Museum houses the White County Historical Society. The courthouse, built between 1859 and 1860, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
